Frederick, I read the chain of comments and, sadly, it’s so reflective of what much of the discourse on Medium has become. Extremely distressing that you were dismissed and denigrated for merely presenting an alternative perspective to this conflict. I have faced the same thoughtless criticism when I’ve attempted to explain the more nuanced backstory of Putin’s decision to invade Ukraine. The issue is not nearly as black-and-white as Western media would have us believe. It reminds me of the “Follow the Science!” refrain we heard throughout the pandemic.

That said, I’m a bit confused as to your concern about having your comment(s) published. Did Medium censor one or more of your responses?
