I did not know any of this but am unclear as to how it relates to the attempt from above to create division below. It doesn’t explain the single-minded media coverage on white officer/black victim cases. It also doesn’t explain the circumstances of Castile and Freddy Gray. But the facts you raise are interesting, to say the least. Do you have links for reference?
