I live in a rural town of 3,500 people. Remote workers fled to every corner of rural America during the pandemic, and ours was one of them. Are we supposed to believe these towns had WiFi but no ability to print documents? I know there are at least a couple of public places to print in our one-horse burg.
Moreover, even if a few small towns don’t have Kinkos, a UPS store or the equivalent, as one of the other commenters here said, the overwhelming majority of rural Americans have smartphones that allow them to copy and scan documents. Virtually no one anywhere is tied to paper anymore.
So I simply don’t understand what Harris is saying here.
