I think you are spot on, Dave. I can’t disagree with anything you’ve written. And I’m fully aware that I’ve only skimmed the surface of the problems we have with the global monetary System, especially the fact that the government hides the private banking role in creating money. That’s really a code feature of the deception.

But over the years I’ve learned the hard way that most people simply don’t want to think about how the monetary System works. It’s as if their minds are programmed to literally shut off when they’re invited to delve deeper. I finally realized that the first step is to simplify the problem as much as possible. The details aren’t so important now; what’s key is to alert people to the fact that we’re being deceived about our money. Once they understand this fundamental point, then we can go deeper.

I also agree that writing more articles isn’t the solution. What we desperately need now is a revolution in minds to accomplish what you suggest: a new kind of democracy where politicians aren’t beholden to moneyed elite. But I don’t think we can create a movement without first creating mass awareness of the root of our problems. How to do this is the quadrillion dollar question.

I don’t know who will take the lead, who will be the first person to bring this issue to the national discourse — much like Occupy Wall Street attempted to do more than a decade ago. But I do know that whoever attempts to do this will surely be viewed as the greatest existential threat to the oligarchy that this country has ever known. That means they will be vilified and demonized in a way that will dwarf what happened to Trump. But someone needs to get this conversation going ASAP. I’m just doing my part :-)
