Thanks, my friend. We lost our dog in March, and I really miss the perspective his tail-wagging and wet muzzle would bring to my life.

There’s a truism I keep in my mind on an almost daily basis now, especially when I write: “We cannot force someone to hear a message they are not ready to receive, but we must never underestimate the power of planting a seed.”

The best that people like you and I can hope to do now, given what we’re up against, is to plant seeds. The conditions for growing anything now are very bad. So the seeds must lie in the soil for a while.

Time and elements may bury these seeds a little deeper. Then one day, the weather will change: the rain will come and the sun will shine. And the seeds we planted long ago will slowly take root in the soil. Ideas will begin to sprout. Minds will begin to open. The awakening will begin.

We are modern day Johnny Appleseeds. We just have to keep spreading those seeds and waiting for conditions to change :-)
